Have you downloaded the current ISO available from your Acronis account and tried that? Sign up using Facebook. If so, just add the Proxmox apt repositories and install proxmox on top of Debian 5. Considering Proxmox doesn’t support Ubuntu, I would test installing Debian 5 Lenny to see if it supports the raid.

I am having a similar issue, but I haven’t made it as far as you have. Wim Kerkhoff 5 I am runing raid 0 and raid set in bios.

MSI 890FXA-GD70 Raid issue
Did you hve to do anything special, or did you just burn the CD, pop it in, and boot from that? Follow, to receive updates on this topic. If it helps, I didn’t add any other cards other than video, of course to the motherboard, and would like to avoid it if at all possible.

Note that Linux is usually six months to a year behind Windows in drivers so the required Linux drivers may not exist yet. I’m trying to use hard drive images from Acronis True Image Home but with no success.
